Runtime Dynamics Intake

Approach

A deliberate path from directive to a running system.

Every engagement follows the same governed arc. Each stage produces something reviewable, and nothing consequential happens without approval.

  1. 01

    Directive

An engagement begins with a clear directive: what the organization wants the system to take on, and why it matters now.

  2. 02

    Diagnostic

We study how the work actually happens — the people, tools, handoffs, and failure points — and define the problem precisely before proposing a system.

  3. 03

    Case File

Findings, decisions, and the proposed design are captured in a structured Case File. It is the reviewable record of what we are building and why.

  4. 04

    Project

An approved Case File becomes a project: the operating system is configured, its governance defined, and its operators and reports specified.

  5. 05

    OOS deployment

The system is deployed into the environment you own. Every external step — provisioning, integration, cutover — is gated by your approval.

  6. 06

    Support and monitoring

The system runs. We monitor it, report on it, and evolve it as the organization changes — with control remaining yours throughout.
